According to my pulse oximeter, I should be dead :) Buy an oxygen concentrator?
Right now, my blood oxygen level is around 88%, heart rate normal. I have bronchiectasis (widening of the lung bronchi, caused typically by previous pneumonia). Because my bronchi are very sensitive to air irritants, I moved to Khanom Beach, with clean, salty air, and that suited my lungs. Last week I had to go to Jomtien Beach to finish up my rented condo. The location was nice, the condo was cheap, but the smell of cannabis was everywhere, and my lungs definitely didn't like it! I came back to Khanom with bad bronchitis, which I've had dozens of times previously. Bad cough, tons of thick mucus in my lungs, very tired, and I still need to teach online 🙂 I had to abandon some lessons due to uncontrolleable coughing attacks. Today, things seem a little better, after taking anti-biotics and mucus thinners and 'huffing' exercise. But I bought a pulse oximeter from Lazada to check my oxygen % level. 88%, sometimes 90%. Hmm...... Dr Google told me to get to the nearest hospital! I have been short of breath, due to the mucus partly blocking my bronchi, but no worse than what I've experienced with this poxy illness over the past 25 years. Does anyone with a lung condition use an oxygen concentrator? I might buy one to help me a little during these flare ups. Does anyone have experience of these? Thanks. -

ha ha this little addition yes reduce CO2 emissions by reducing the human population as if that makes it in any way different or acceptable. He has said that 'vaccines' can be used to reduce the populattion. And I think that he and his co conspiritors have done just that. -

Sticking your head in the sand, expecting the very parties who have caused the problem, to actually rectify them, is madness, writ large. Are Reform the answer ? No idea, but I can tell you who is not the answer, and that is Labour or Tories. -

I believe President Trump has been very fortunate in this episode of this latest tumult in the Middle East. Don't get me wrong, As you know I am not an American from the USA, with a leaning towards either of the two horse party race for Governance, being Democratic or Republican. I preferred President Trump as the candidate for the 45th US presidency. What shocked me most was the daily vitriol and full on attack against this official elected for the highest post of a Civil Servant in the USA, even before his inauguration. The continuous turmoil being conducted under the 46th, President Biden" and his tenure, although not at fault of his own making, were never handled at any point for any "inception to a conclusion". "President Trump" has tried to follow the promises he gave for his re-election promises securing being the 47th President of the USA. I wish President Trump could alongside, representation from the withdrawn ruling power at the time, being the UK, instruct: "Bibi", Zionism is over, Israel and Palestine, being the home for a non-secular home for displaced members of the Judaism faith. Do we really need to see Palestinian residents of Gaza, who have been displaced into an "ever shrinking open prison" and face death upon attack trying for their next meal. -
