Building Permit , Bill Water , Bill Electric

Yes, you can ask for the building permit to be in your name but the utilities will be up to the provider but if your lease was listed on the properties Chanote (ie: blessed by the Land Office) , then you should be allowed to have them in your name. Since this is Thailand, your mileage may vary

This can be a problem, if you are not careful, you need to have the building permit registered by the local administration as per the building act in your name, utilities you can change to your name when you have the yellow house book.

Laws are national, but interpretations are local, best to get some local lawyer, honest or not to try and guide you through . Jim

thank everyone for your answer so its look foreigner can ask permit in their name and so , if the local administration don t want , the only way it s to take a lawyer ? or someone have document to make them do ?

You are entering a mine field, lawyers will take your money, but what they do may not be legal. Agreements at a local level may not be recognized at a national level. There is no safe way you take a chance and hope for the best. Jim
