90 Day Reporting While Travelling Outside Thailand

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Wife and I have Non Immi 0 12 month - (purposes retirement).

Assumming that I obtain a re-entry stamp - can I travel outside of Thailand for a period of more than 90 days at one stretch??

I am thinking ref a 90 day reporting proceedure possibly being missed or doesn't that matter if travelling outside Thailand??

Best Rgds.

Your 90 day report is not a factor when you are out of Thailand. The 90 day report requirement begins when you reenter the country. You better be here before the Retirement Visa expires or the process begins anew.

If you are in the country for less than 90 days there is no requirement to report (Exactly what the title of TM47 form implies).

When you return your new 90 day period starts on that date.
