I had to deal with the “shoe repair” guy scam on the street, an angry Samlor tour guide who pedaled my gf and I around the lake and then demanded double payment at the end even after a price was agreed upon, the cigarette lighter sellers who would follow you down the street with their basket of zippos and won’t take no for an answer so you just have to pretend they are invisible. It’s night and day from Da Nang. 100% -

What Movies or TV shows are you watching (2024)
Started Interior Chinatown tv series and I'm going for more. A crime drama but more as it includes a satirical commentary on Asian American stereotypes and two of the leads will be very well known to Americans. Jimmy O. Yang best known for his comedic role on the hit show Silicon Valley and comedian Ronny Chien best known for The Daily Show. -

Thailand as home, roaming the world tax free - the pipe dream
I've always found rainy season in Thailand to be the best time of year, many days that are overcast and cooler, some rain here and there but with the exception of the deep south nothing consistent enough to be annoying.
