Where can I drill out and rethread frozen screws on my never been washed six year old motorcycle? Preferable in the Asoke area.

Size of the screws and located where a hand drill will reach?

My first suggestion is to douse it several times with WD40. I've found that most galled and stripped threads here in Asia are the result of no thread lubrication.

After that, I'd suggest some of the scooter shops along every soi. I'm sure they run into the problem all the time. Rama IV road between MRT Queen Sirikit and the TESCO/ Big C has quite a few such shops lined up in a 300 meter stretch. Pretty close to Asoke...
