I have a quadruple entry tourist visa (obtained in England) and I have only used up one re-entry so far. If I extend my next 60 days to a further 30, do I still get to use my other re-entries afterwards?

As all entries must be made by the expiration date of your visa (six months from issue is what it should be) there would be no sense in extending any stay other than the last one as 3x60 will take you to the end of your visa period so you would leave early enough on your 3rd stay to return before visa expires and obtain another 60 day stay that could then be extended 30 more days for a total of almost 9 months.
