If you look at Siam Legal now however, they now have a page about buying a condo with links - apparently UOB International do offer condo loans to foreigners. He worked with- thailand home loans (dot) com His was a full mortgage to buy but apparently you can borrow against existing property. He is Italian and his wife Ukraine.
