Ive done some courses with Australian Skills Training AST in Australia. They now have a facility in Batam. It looks the goods too. Anyone got any experience with training there?

_{I did a HUET there 4 or 5 years ago and it was held in a hotel swimming pool with the good old push the chair into the pool method. Now there is a proper facility with a simulator.}

done the hydrolics and welding and crane course at AST...

only thing good about it wasn the staff nice folks and Batam good party town.

Other than that big waste of time and money,Training was awful....

but my company pays for everthing , so was worth the trip and used it as a visa run to boot
