Does any member have experience of Conister Bank, based in Isle of Man. They are currently offering a 3 year + 5 year Fixed Term Accounts paying 2.5% + 3%. Any experiences from existing / past customers would be appreciated.

Personally I would never put any money into an offshore deposit taker that wasnt backed by a big name in a large country. I have little faith in the ability of the offshore deposit protection schemes to actually pay out if needed.
