willfreeman Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 looking for somewhere to do some bag work as a supplement to weight training, does anyone know of any gyms with punching bags or any cheap muay thai gyms? - i know about all the established muay thai camps and thats not what im looking for, looking for somewhere i can just casually visit and 30mins of boxing/kickboxing work on the bag cheaply. im told theres a kickboxing gym at the chiang mai municipal sports stadium just off chang puak road? anyone have any info??
