Any members keep boats and sail out of Ocean Marina.Considering putting my boat there for a year or so.Any info on things to avoid be it people/places/scams would be appreciated.

First of all: GREAT to learn that another "Sailer" is joining the fray here.

Secondly; O.M. is a very nice Marina, but it's also very pricey and they really get you on things like electricity, water haul-outs, etc.

There may soon be a very economical, yet professional alternative to this "monopoly" situation and if you'ld like to learn a bit more, just PM me and I'll come back to you.
