Usually they different companies service (deliver) different areas.... so a case of finding the one that delivers in your area...I have never found a difference,.... So what you saw is one of the companies getting new bottles.... All companies selling water use their own bottles... I know there is one on place on KP on the centre road about 1/3 the way up from Tesco.... They probably service the west side up to Chaloklum (?) ....
