asiasurfer
Hi guys, here a business question: Does anyone know which authority in Thailand is responsible for patenting new invented products? We are talking about products which have also been manufactured in Thailand. Thanks a lot for information sharing...

A_Traveller
The office is the Department of Intellectual Property part of the Ministry of Commerce. [ipthailand.go.th] Hotline 1368 Now the bad news, Thailand is only a partial signatory for IP protection and ultimately you may find it better to apply for protection elsewhere [under WIPO - wipo.int] and have Thailand as a specified country for ,manufacturing protection. Regards
