You could go one better and put the hardest, unblocked, porn site's IP address in there. Always going to give you a smile to be reminded of what they can't block! MICT filtering is supposed to apply to all internet traffic in Thailand, regardless of who the connection is provided by or who the user is. But, like I said, it doesn't always work. The only site I find to be blocked in Thailand is Rolling Stone, probably one of the best non-mainstream sources out there. I know it's easy to get to by proxy, but it shouldn't be necessary.
