Zen
I have a company in Thailand. Can i buy health insurance for myself (not group insurance) and have the invoice issued to my company? And my company pays for the insurance premium. Can this be considered as an Expense for my company? I know that if i use my personal name to buy, i won't have any tax allowance coz the revenue department only gives allowance for Life Insurance, not Health Insurance. tonydabbs
Yes, you can. Why didn't you ask your insurance broker? As for legal technicalities of you qualifying for a tax deduction through your company, I don't know. Check with your attorney on that. I do know for sure, though, that you can have your company bllled for your personal health insurance Edited March 31, 2013 by tonydabbs
Youpi88
I confirm, no problem at all to bill it to the company. Ask you accountant for the tax issue.
