I'll give it a quick try, hopefully it will be easier for someone else to fill in the blanks and correct mistakes.

Roof work
- Roof tiles CPAC Monier standard color.
- Roof structure steel type according to plan, no rusting, antirust paint applied before assembly (............)
- Steel size must be full weight size, standard of industry.
- Eaves made from hard wood, size according to plan.
- Sheet/plank protecting from birds (prefabricated) to be assembled according to manufacturer's guidelines.
