I have a great pair of Clark's leather slip on's, had them for 4 yrs, they need some loving care plus a new sole, is there anywhere in Phuket that does repairs like this? There is a place in Patong but would rather not go there! any info would be much appreciated!

Quite a while back had my work boots repaired at shop in Phuket Town where he did a really good job & he was doing a good trade. It was in a soi which runs between Phang Nga & Ratsada Rd but just looked at Google maps & does not appear to be there anymore. Perhaps he moved elsewhere as I don't recall him being that old. There is a note on the door next to the sunglass shop as that was about where the shoe repair was.

I take mine to a guy in Kata just down the street from the Apina hotel.
He resoled a pair for me a few months ago. 500 baht I think it was.
