Strange Offer

Hi,

I recently saw many classifieds like this for months, years of 'East West Shipping & Trading CO., Ltd.' at the thaivisa.com classifieds section. It sounds very scamy. You don't find anything about them at google.com expect a non-using alibaba.com profile and of course the thaivisa.com classifieds. I'm wondering why they are still posting here. Or is it real? Does someone here know more.

If you assume that every business offer you come across in Thailand is probably a scam or illegal or dishonest or some combination of those, you probably wont go very far wrong.

I don't assume that 'every' business in Thailand is scam. I said it looks scamy and this is why I ask if someone here knows more.

I'm just telling facts. As I said you will find no real information at Google about them. Even the company . Also 'East West Shipping & Trading CO., Ltd.' doesn't exist in the officialy thai company list. Check http://www.dbd.go.th/corpsearch_test/main.phtml

Nor do I. But as I implied I do assume it for every business offer I see or am told about here, and maybe you should too. The proportion of crooks, incompetents and other assorted losers here is quite astoundingly high, especially when farangs are involved at which point the ratio goes more or less off the scale.

As for not being able to find out much about these people, are you really surprised?
