My story is not unusual difficult relationship had child...I have recently managed to get my son to the UK and his mother is back in Thailand. This is much better for him there is no question. He is in a good school and very happy.

I don't want to separate them forever I would like for them to see each other. I know however, as we were not married, that in Thailand I am not even recognised as the father. I fear that if I take him there she may not allow him back and I would have no say...

Is there anything I can do about this? Possibly here in UK a court order ensuring his return here?

Any help would be much appreciated

Thank you

Josh
