For the past few weeks have tried to access my online banking in the above bank using fiefox, ie,yahoo,google etc.

The msg always comes back "timed out try again later".

Have also disabled my firewall - still the same.

Have a friend who has internet banking with them and he has the same problem. He telephoned them the other day and they said there is no problem when accessing in france.

Anyone any ideas?

No its not the secure log in, its any website for credit agricole.

Strange, it maybe the location where I am - Issan - Phu Wiang 70 K from Khon Kaen.

Forgot to say that I am on TOT - does that make a difference ie the provider?

It can make the difference - you might try asking them if they can access the site and if not they might check into it - although admit that may be wishful thinking. Just checked again and takes about 3 seconds for below to appear:
