Cuban Posted April 15, 2013 Share Posted April 15, 2013 Larry died in Chonnabot Hospital on Sunday morning after a short illness. He was a popular expat in the Khon Kaen area and there can be few that were not on his email CC list. Larry served in the American military in the area of communications in which he was an expert.
