Non-Imm "o" Extension 30 Days Still Available?

Featured Replies

Hi ThaiVisa friends,

I am in Thailand on 90 days single entrey Non-Imm "O" - Thai child.

I just would like to check if 30 days extension for that kind of visa is still available. I know that friends of mine have applied and If I am not wrong some of them got even 60 days without need to proof income, just standart documents - birth certificate copy, wife ID card, etc...

Regards

Carlos

30 days never was available for a Non Imm O Visa.

You should be able to get 60 days for the reason of visiting your Child.

Cheers, mate! Thats great information.

what to do next if need more extension

Show an income of 40,000 a month (can be from abroad) or 400,000 in the bank in Thailand for 2 months and get a 1 year extension, together with proof of marriage (if Thai wife) or being the legal father (if Thai child) and you get a 1 year extension.

You can only get one 60 day extension per entry.

You could make a border run for a 15 day entry and get another 60 day extension for that entry.
