IT Malls like Zeer (Rangsit) have a number of shops on the higher floors selling all manner of secondhand parts e.g. motherboards, RAM, CPUs, monitors etc. AMD will be harder to find.

I'd be trying the upper floors of Pantip and Zeer rather than a distributor... but if you are after a donation for a good cause or some other special project then you can ring 2697 5550 and see what they have to offer...
