Police Bust Two Bulgarians With Fake ATM Cards

Two men from Bulgaria were arrested in Jomtien for scamming money from Pattaya ATMs with fake bank cards. Police seized a total of 27 ATM cards. The suspects got the fake cards from a Russian man and were sending him most of the stolen money.

Raging Russian Victim Beats Thieving Ladyboy

A 29-year-old Pattaya ladyboy yanked a gold necklace off a Russian man on Beach Road, but was captured and beaten by the victim until he got injured. The ladyboy asked the police to keep the Russian far away from him, because he was afraid the victim would beat him again.

Pheu Thai MP Karun Hosakul disqualified by Supreme Court

BANGKOK:-- The Supreme Court's Election Division Thursday disqualified Karun Hosakul as Pheu Thai MP for Bangkok's Constituency 12 for defaming Democrat candidate Thaenkhun Jit-isara.

The Supreme Court found Karun guilty of defaming Thaenkhun in a way that affected the election result.

The court found that Karun violated the MPs and Senators Election Act by attacking Thaenkhun's background and alleging that he posted for nude photos in a gay magazine.

The court order a by-election in Bangkok's Constituency 12.

CHON BURI, May 9 - Police in the Thai seaside resort of Pattaya arrested two Bulgarian men Tuesday as they used counterfeit ATM cards to withdraw cash worth millions of baht.
