laleewadee (small one time charge)

large charge:

meridien

usually just in public areas, sometimes in rooms as well

+ rooms around 1000 baht, other hotels are more expensive

I recommend welcome inn, or laleewadee (book this one on latestays)

The Salathai in Patong has it and charges 1 Baht per minute. Really nice staff too.

Burasari is a Wi-Fi hotspot so you can get online from the carpark, restaurant etc. No password/keys required
