I read a recent post where someone was asking for a/c mtce referral. I tried to search again for the post and couldn't find it so I am posting this for everyone.

The MEA (electricity agency for most of Bangkok) has a service where they will provide experienced professionals to clean a/c units (but top up not included in the price) for 300 baht/unit.

Has anyone used this service?

The cost does not include topping-up the gas, does this mean someone else has to do this or will MEA do it for an extra charge?

Will they do it if your name is not on the bill, i.e. for rental properties?
