PATTAYA:--A drug-addicted construction worker was arrested after stealing a motorcycle. However, he was arrested within half an hour. He claimed that his friend stole the motorcycle.

PATTAYA – May 18, 2013 [PDN]; At around 00.30 AM, as police officers of Nongprue police station were doing a routine checkpoint at Nongprue sub-district, they were notified that a motorcycle was stolen at a Kasikorn bank branch at Soi Nern Plub Whan. As soon as they were notified, the police at the checkpoint looked for the described stolen motorcycle. After only 20 minutes, police were able to identify a motorcycle that matched the description. Police then stopped the suspected motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle was identified as 24 year-old Tom Sakulthai, a construction worker.
