May 19, 201313 yr Howdy Now I have finally found a permamant place to live in BKK, I need a matching pair of monitors. Looking for 2 x 23", that sort of size. Today I had a look around the 4/F of the Gateway Centre at Ekkamai - huge floor space with hardly anything to look at! Kinda strange... Which is the best stocked IT shop in BKK? Is online in Thailand usually a better deal? Do they usually include postage/shipping for free? Do they all offer a 1-year guarantee at the shops? And... is it possible to barter for a deal, i.e. buy 2 monitors for a discount? Thanking you kindly!
May 19, 201313 yr Author PS - saw an LG monitor that looked good and has good reviews on Amazon, the LG 23EA63V-P. Just sayin'....
May 19, 201313 yr Gateway is a disaster as IT stores goes, never caught on. Strange mix of IT, regional Asian food and a rather good kids playground upstairs makes for a strange combo imho. Better off going to Pantip or Fortune.

Better off going to Pantip or Fortune. Thanks, I've heard Pantip mentioned before so that is where I shall go - do you think I could get a discount for buying two of the same product? Would be nice to get them both for 10K baht. Thanks...
May 19, 201313 yr 5K baht each will be OK for a Samsung S23B370, I think I paid that in Tesco's for one a few weeks ago. 23 inch and 1080p LED, I am very happy with it. More than happy with it.
May 19, 201313 yr Tesco..seem to be doing a decent deal.. they had some 23" Samsungs just about 5k each (4790b i think)
May 19, 201313 yr Author Big Tescos like the one at On Nut? Yeah that Samsung looks like it would do the trick - only need it for charts not for movies or games. Thanks...
