Cannabis - Medical Use Certificate - What's Your Plan?
If you live in a condo and keep weed in your apartment, I think it is a good idea to get a medical certificate. Most condos now have rules against smoking cannabis or even keeping it on the premises. If a neighbor were to file a complaint with the condo management or the police, you would at least have proof that you are a medical cannabis user. In my view, anyone who can get a certificate should do so. Things in Thailand always seem to get more complicated and involve more hassle over time, so even if the laws remain loose, it is better to be prepared for whatever comes next. -

Territorially, draw a line down from Kharkov to Dnepr then down the Dniper river to the sea. The Ukrainians can keep Odessa. No Nato Membership. Europe has woken up, all can work with that. Then figure out Kaliningrad. -

UK Passport expiry with multi entry visa
Appreciated and understood. I'm not in a big hurry to return so to have both passports before departure would make make me feel more comfortable. Otherwise new passport from UK would likely be fine. The Thai government are constantly moving the goalposts and there's always the possibilty of a jobsworth on my return to LOS. hotandsticky's Plans A&B suggests both approaches might work. -
