leggo
How long is a re entry permit valid for and do immigration prefer you to apply near the date of departure ?
ubonjoe
Re-entry permits are valid for the length of you current permit to stay. You can apply when ever you want. You can also apply on the same date you get your extension if you are on one. Many people get a multiple entry so they are good for the entire year. Lite Beer
It is valid for the length of your permision to stay. You can apply any time. Always a good idea to apply at the same time as you receive your extension.
jrtmedic
A re-entry permit lasts for as long as your current period of "permission to stay" You may apply at any time and there is no need to mention a departure date.
rixalex
Anyone aware of problems with the online reentry application. Just gone through the process a couple of times and when i get to the end and click submit the next page is a jumble of codes. Click back and half the info i completed is gone. Gerald14
I usually get my yearly extension and a multiple re-entry at the same time. So for one year I can come and go as I like
ubonjoe
Anyone aware of problems with the online reentry application. Just gone through the process a couple of times and when i get to the end and click submit the next page is a jumble of codes. Click back and half the info i completed is gone. It seems to be full of glitches and cannot be accessed a lot of the time. Probably just have to do it the hard way.
