Another high price jolly for the government folks. Clearly you do not understand Thainess. If a farang could do something with one or two people, any thing (take out the garbage, decide how to cut their hair, etc.) it takes about 10 Thai's standing around talking at each other for hours to do the same thing. If anything, it's exactly the reverse, one in ten might be a decent person. Actually, I pity any honest jet ski operators, because their scumbag colleagues have given a bad reputation to everybody.
