Moving into a house I know is full of ticks. Would like a company to come around and sort it out before I move in, and deal with any termites as well.

Can anyone recommend a company and/or guide price for 120sq.m single story house?

I'm using Chiang Mai Pest Control, and they do a fine job. They offer a 1-year contract, although I'm guessing that they'll go to your place for a one-time spraying as well.

As part of the contract, though, they will spray trees and everything outside around the house. Inside they can use a fogger if there's a major problem, otherwise it's usually a hand-held sprayer. Then, on a monthly basis they will return for a spraying of the gardens and inside the house as needed. The cost for the year's service is around 4,000 baht.
