Which Part Of Pattaya Are You Least Familiar With?

Featured Replies

The darkside (east of sukhumvit) and Boyztown.

I live closer to Sattahip and only go to Pattaya early in the morning during the weekend for shopping, so it would be easier to tell the part of the city I'm familiar with -- Friendship Supermarket and Foodland.

But I mainly posted to ask you the reason for staring this thread -- can't see its point. Is it to let us know you're not gay. I'm not either, but as anonymity is one of the key features I still don't see the point. Perhaps you could tell us.

The dark side , sounds like a scary place to me.

What, or where, is 'Pattaya'?

I agree. Calling it the dark side is scary, until you find out why they call it that. It is because that side at night is dark and when they look at the west side it is all lit up with lights. I spend quite a bit of time over their riding my motorbike, and like it better than Pattaya. Real people that are real nice. I have been down every little side street out there, some even dirt roads, and have always felt safe. Try it.

Sorry to tell you but that is wrong. The real reason it was named the dark-side is about 7 years ago when the music police and other authorities were fining bars and shutting them down until they paid, the lights were out and this was happening quite often so many bars were actually dark.

This is the REAL reason.
