Hi all I am new to this forum so a little help would be needed,

Would anyone know where I can get a nerve block done in bangkok, the area in qustion is in my heel.

The Western doctors I have seen can not find anything wrong with me so I feel this is my last serious option.

There is a pain clinic in the Neurology Dept of Bangkok Hospital (formerly Bangkok General), www.bangkokhospital.com

They will isolate what nerve it is and, provided it won't cause a loss of function, will do a temporary block with lidocaine (novocaine) first to see if it works. If it does, and if having the nerve blocked doesn't cause you ant serious problems with walking etc, you can request they do an ablation which is a procedure that permanently deadens the nerve. Good luck.
