I am needing to get my children's Thai passports done, and am trying to figure out if the passport division in the Consular Affairs office on Chaengwattana Road does, in fact, have office hours on Saturdays. A friend of mine had mentioned that they did, and I saw a blurb online somewhere. But now that I'm ready to actually go, I can't find any info on it.

So does anyone know if they are open on Saturdays? Couldn't find anything on the website, have tried calling (no one answers) and emailing (no reply yet), so just curious.
