I noticed today one of the buildings on Wua Lai road at the intersection with Chang Lor Road (south side of the moat) was being filled with sacks of rice today.

Its the first one I noticed, is this the only one in town?

stupid me. a look at google street view and it was always rice in there.

for info that's not rice storage that's rice to sell for eating. these shops are all over Chiang Ma and Thailand.
