hello guys

here is matter to me and i could use some help

i come from Greece (eu citizen) and now im staying and working in uk for sometime
so i will go and marry my thai lady in a few months in thailand

what is my questions

1) do i need a specific visa so i can enter thailand and do that ?

2) after marry we want to move to uk stay and work so here is my questions on this

a) what i need to do after we get marry and get the thai certificate that says that we are marry ?

b ) i know that i have to go to bkk uk embassy and fix some papers there but someone can provide me info about those ?

3) is there anything else to know ?

4) in future if i go holiday in thailand will i need to fix a visa ? or i can use somehow the certificate of marriege to enter the country ?(dont want re-enter the country every 1-2-3 months)

i know that probably there is a forum that i havent seen about this matter

if so can any1 link me to that so i can get some ideas ?

1. You can marry on any kind of visa, or visa exempt entry. Your embassy has to provide a letter that you are free to marry, check your embassy website what they require to issue the letter.

4. Depends on how long you wan t to stay. For a 30 day stay no visa or documents is required. For a stay of up to 90 days you can get a non-O visa based on your marriage from a Thai consulate. Longer is possible, but requires an extension of stay from immigration and a lot of paperwork. Ask when the time is there.
