This was given to me a few years back, and now my young son wears it. Would the members be able to ID the Monk and translate the Thai ? Thank you very much

According to the front of the amulet, it's a souvenir from the cremation ceremony of Phra Khru Pathumathamanusit, presumably the monk whose image appears here.

Tha back says it was issued by Wat Bang Kuti Thong in Pathum Thani.
