I know this may have been covered 100's of times already, but If you will permit me...

Long story short, my school messed up "rolling over" my old Non-B in to a new one for the a new school. and I have to leave the country to get a new non-B and I would love to see Cambodia... SO

1. Can I get a new Non-B in Cambodia with out lots of trouble?

2. Is there a service that goes to Phnom Penh and can help me get a Non-B?

3. is it just better / easier to go to Laos?

Cambodia takes longer to issue than Laos, that is why most people prefer to go to Laos.

I would not mind the extra day, it would be nice to see the sights, but having an agent to help out / plan would make me feel better about going.

The last report that I saw says that it takes 4 days in Phnom Penh.
