Normally they will just balance the wheel(s) after fixing a puncture.

Fix a puncture is called ปะยาง

ฺbalance the wheel(s) is called ถ่วงล้อ

balance wheel and wheel alignment is not the same thing Mr Willems, but you are absolutely correct. Fixing a puncture is as you said but the OP asked how to say leaking tire. it is neccessary to clarify to the OP in order to avoid confusion.
