One year non O in the US. Where's every going to now?

I usually get my one year non O from Houston, but have sent a few emails with no reply which seems ununusual for them. Has anyone else recently applied for a one year non O visa based on marriage to any consulates in the US?

Yes, Portland, If you have questions for them, best to e-mail as they are only open 3 hrs a day, 8-11. If there is a problem they are good at calling you and fixing over the phone.
