I'm getting a new passport, and I will need to transfer my visa onto it. How much does it cost, and what do I need. Also I hope it comes before my 90 day reporting date. How many days can I be late for that. Hate to have to make more then one trip.

I think you must have an extension of stay not a visa since you mention 90 day reports.

There is no charge for the transfer. But you will need a letter from your embassy or consulate requesting they do it.

You can do 90 day report up to 7 days late.

Your time at Immigration will be shorter if you have your old cancelled passport or a copy of the old visa page. I had to have my visa and multiple entry stamp replaced last year and confirm that there is no charge for the service.
