Hi need some help answering a visa and extension question.

I plan on flying BKK to CRK on August 3rd on DG 7213 which arrives at 00:35 August 4th and I assume starts my visa on August 4th. I was wondering with a 38 day extension and an out going flight on October 1st will I be within the 59 days? What if the flight is early (before midnight) should I wait to stamp in after 12 midnight? How does that work? Any advice would be helpful.
