Man drowns off North Pattaya Beach
PATTAYA:--A 22 year old Thai Man drowned off the coast of Lompok Beach in the far northern outskirts of Pattaya on Wednesday.

The body of Khun Anuwat was seen floating face-down in the water approximately 100 meters from the shoreline and was later recovered by a Pattaya Sea Rescue Unit who were dispatched to the scene.

The victim was well-known in the local vicinity and it was not long until his mother arrived to formally identify the body of her son. She was puzzled as to why he had been in the water and was surprised to hear he was anywhere near the beach area.
