I notice in one of the English Language papers, that the Ministry that handles health issues is now ordering condoms in a larger size.

They state that young Thai men are over 170 cm tall and also weighing more......

Perhaps someone should provide some education to them in how the condoms are to be used. You don't slide them over your entire body like a body stocking.
