What should it cost to send a t-shirt to Europe?

Went to a Mailboxes Etc. shop and a guy there quoted me 460 baht to mail a t-shirt in a plain brown envelope to Spain (not registered mail). That didn't seem right to me so I left, came back a little later, and a different employee quoted me 239 baht. What should I actually be paying?
