Note Tanakorn Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 Korean Hot Grilled Ingredients 600 g Pork sirloin, sliced into 2x3-inch pieces ½ cup TEA POT sweetened Condensed Non-Dairy Half Creamed 3 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce 2 tablespoons Roasted white sesame, slightly crushed 1 tablespoon Tonkatsu sauce 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce 1 Spring onion, sliced 2 tablespoons Sesame oil 2 tablespoons Sugar 1 tablespoons Grounded pepper 2 tablespoons Garlic, finely chopped Methods 1. Mix TEA POT sweetened Condensed Non-Dairy Half Creamed, Kikkoman soy sauce, roasted white sesame, Tonkatsu sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper and garlic together, stir well. 2. Marinate pork in the mixture and put in to the fridge for 1 hour. 3. Grill pork with moderate fire until cooked. Eat with sauce, grilled vegetables or Kimji.
