Don't know who may specialize in this, but if you are thinking of taking testosterone of any sort you should have a prostste check (physical exam + PSA) first as testosterone can cause some prostate cancers to grow very aggressively. So suggest you see a urologist for a prostate check and while there, discuss with him the issue of testerone, he may be able to prescribe or refer to someone who can.

This precaution is especially important if you are over 40.
