My Achilles heel is away again, I can hardly walk. I checked in to the Roma Hotel next to the Bus Station in KK and had my usual inane blether with the receptionist(s) .

I went to my room and got a phone call, "what's wrong with your ankle again?".

Ten minutes later the receptionist was at my door with a pain killing gel, brand new and unopened, it turned out the manager sent the young lady out to buy it for me. I offered to pay for it, "No, it's on the house".

After my "You not ask about rat" incident last month, I'm delighted to bring this story of superb customer service.

yeah i'd givem an AAA+ for stinky carpets, but dont tell everyone at once.

That's probably the worst hotel in town - try the Pulman or Kosa for a very nice hotel.
