I checked in to the Roma Hotel next to the Bus Station in KK and had my usual inane blether with the receptionist(s) . I went to my room and got a phone call, "what's wrong with your ankle again?". Ten minutes later the receptionist was at my door with a pain killing gel, brand new and unopened, it turned out the manager sent the young lady out to buy it for me. I offered to pay for it, "No, it's on the house". After my "You not ask about rat" incident last month, I'm delighted to bring this story of superb customer service.
