12 years - 10 years - 10 months

What hotel are god and can have us all i one room

would like to be in one room

Top North Guest house can certainly do that in 1 room.

Great swimming pool, not so great room but cheap (about 600bht/night) and centrally located

If you are indeed coming to Chiang Mai then, I have edited your opening post to read: Chiang Mai instead of chiang rai.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel when we first moved to Chiang Mai . Stayed for 8 days was very comfortable and very clean . Staff was great .... Its a soi or two inside the moat just around the corner many places to eat as well ..

I advise you avoid staying at a guesthouse with your children, many can be firetraps.
